hehehe ... to get myself started... im trying the "No-Rice"... most ppl swear it works!! So, this is my first time trying it out... let see how long i can go through without eating rice... at the same time.. i wanna keep myself busy .. I dont really like the conventional "EXERCISE"... haha .. so , since its been years since i last work out...
Im slowly starting out with ,
1) taking the 2 flight of stairs daily at the office.. ( though i limit my going out..=)...)
2)doing my house chores weekly....which includes mopping and vacuuming either upstairs or downstairs of the family home.
3)folding clothes on a weekly basis... ( doesnt really consider as an exercise?? haha .. lolz.. after folding for 2 hours.. my 'muscles' r aching..!! haha.. so it kinda counts..lolz..
At the same time i am ,
1) cutting down my sugar and salt intake
2) cutting down junk foods
3)to eat more fruits and vegetables.. currently im doing the "An apple a day keep the doctors away".. So , 1 grren apple a day for me .. so far 3 days in a row going well..
4) reduce snaking...in between meals.
So far, thats what i have done... so yeah... lets see whats the progress in a few weeks.. i think i should weight myself on a weekly basis or monthly ?? I think i'll try on a weekly baiss first then we'll see how..=).. till next week or a few days... i'll catch ya up to date..=)
